Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Resort Manager at 7 Tigers Resort, located nearBaihar Kanha National Park.The Resort Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the resort, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and guest services. Responsibilities include managing property maintenance, implementing budget strategies, and supervising staff. The role also involves hiring new team members and ensuring the overall efficiency and effectiveness of resort operations.

• Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Jungle Property Management experience
• Expertise in Budgeting and financial planning
• Experience in Hiring and team management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities

• Previous experience in hospitality or jungle resort management is must.
