We are now looking for a dynamic and experienced Resort Manager to lead our resort operations and take Soulacia to the next level of excellence. Role Overview: As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the resort's operations, including guest experience, staff management, sales & marketing, finance, and compliance. You will lead a motivated team and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction while maintaining operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily resort operations, including front office, F&B, housekeeping, maintenance, and safari coordination Drive revenue through strategic sales and marketing initiatives Ensure high standards of guest service and maintain online reputation Budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting Lead and mentor departmental heads and resort staff Liaise with vendors, travel agents, and park authorities Ensure compliance with local laws and resort policies Requirements: 8–12 years of experience in hospitality; at least 3 years in a senior management role Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience in guest relations, operations, and resort marketing Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Experience in wildlife/luxury resorts or remote locations is a plus Salary: Competitive, based on experience + on-site accommodation Preferred Experience: Prior experience managing boutique resorts, preferably wildlife/nature-based properties Comfortable living and working in remote locations Understanding of jungle lodge operations, safari coordination, and eco-tourism practices
