As a Front Desk Associate at Soulacia, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role involves a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

• Guest Relations: Welcoming guests with warmth and efficiency, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing their inquiries and requests promptly.
• Check-in/Check-out: Handling guest reservations, room assignments, and payment processing with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Administrative Duties: Managing guest information, daily reports, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth front office operations.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Environmental Stewardship: Promoting Soulacia's commitment to sustainability and wildlife conservation by educating guests about our initiatives.
