Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Hotel Reservations & OTA Executive to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about hospitality, customer service, and online travel platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel reservations and ensure accurate inventory management across all platforms.
• Maintain, update, and optimize property listings on major OTAs such as Airbnb, Agoda, and Booking.com.
• Work closely with channel management systems to uphold rate parity and availability.
• Assist with online sales and business development efforts to boost visibility and increase bookings.
• Offer leadership support by guiding and motivating team members when necessary.
• Monitor calls and provide constructive coaching to enhance team performance.
• Handle challenging customer situations professionally and resolve escalated concerns promptly.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field
• 0–1 year of experience in hotel reservations or hospitality operations
• Strong communication skills in English, Tamil, and Malayalam
• Solid understanding of reservation workflows and inventory management
• Experience with OTA platforms and channel manager tools
• Ability to manage difficult customer interactions with patience and professionalism
• Energetic, self-motivated, and capable of creative problem-solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, especially in English and Malayalam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
