Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Reservations Specialist based in Chennai. The Reservations Specialist will be responsible for managing room reservations, providing excellent customer service, addressing guest inquiries, and facilitating sales efforts. The role also includes maintaining accurate records of bookings, coordinating with other hotel departments, and assisting in training new staff members on reservation procedures.

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales
• Ability to provide Training for new team members
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field
