Reservations Specialist

Job Description Role Overview: As a Reservations Specialist at DMontrio, you will be responsible for handling incoming reservations, managing booking systems, providing excellent customer service, and supporting sales activities. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, processing bookings, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with any reservation-related issues. Key Responsibilities: - Handle incoming reservations and manage booking systems effectively - Provide excellent customer service to ensure a seamless booking experience - Support sales activities by assisting in promoting available accommodations - Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any booking issues - Maintain accurate records of reservations and guest information - Offer training and support to other team members as needed Qualifications: - Experience with reservations and proficiency in handling booking systems - Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact with guests effectively - Sales experience and the ability to support sales activities to drive bookings - Capability to provide training and support to other team members for smooth operations - Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple bookings efficiently - Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous - Proficiency in MS Office and reservation software to manage bookings accurately (Note: This job is a paid internship starting between 40K - 45K per month),
