Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Reservations Specialist to manage customer bookings, handle inquiries, and ensure smooth reservation operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence in handling customers, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle reservation requests via phone, email, whatsapp, and online platforms.
• Provide accurate information on availability, pricing, services, and itineraries.
• Create, modify, and cancel bookings as per customer requirements.
• Update all reservation details accurately in the system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to confirm bookings (drivers, hotels, operations, suppliers, finance, etc.).
• Assist customers professionally with queries, complaints, or issues.
• Follow up for confirmations, payments, and required documents.
• Prepare daily/weekly booking reports.
• Support the team during peak-season operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism & Business Administration (Preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) are mandatory.
• 1–2 years of experience in Reservations/Customer Service/Travel Coordination preferred (freshers with strong communication skills may apply).
• Good computer proficiency, including MS Office and reservation tools.
• Strong multitasking, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-oriented attitude and ability to work under pressure.
