Reservation Manager (Ladies Staff)

We're looking for an organized and customer-focused Reservation Manager to join our team, specifically for our properties in Wayanad. This role is open exclusively to female applicants and will be responsible for managing all reservation-related activities across our six properties, ensuring a seamless booking experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Reservation Management: Oversee and manage all incoming reservations for our six properties in Wayanad, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to potential and existing guests, assisting with inquiries, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and online channels.
  • Team Leadership & Training: Potentially lead and train a small team of reservation agents, ensuring they are well-versed in our property offerings and reservation procedures.
  • System Proficiency: Effectively utilize reservation software and property management systems (PMS) to track bookings, manage room availability, and process payments.
  • Rate Management: Collaborate with the sales and revenue management teams to understand and implement pricing strategies, special offers, and promotions.
  • Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with front desk, sales, and marketing teams regarding availability, special requests, and guest information.
  • Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reservation reports to track performance, identify trends, and provide insights for forecasting.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any reservation-related issues or guest concerns promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience in a reservation management or senior reservation agent role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including experience with reservation systems (PMS), Microsoft Office Suite, and online travel agencies (OTAs).
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Customer Focus: A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and resolve issues independently.
  • Gender Requirement: This position is open to female applicants only.
  • Local Knowledge: Familiarity with Wayanad and its attractions is a strong advantage.
