Educate customers on features, benefits, and terms of various offerings. 5. Regulatory Compliance & Documentation Follow RBI guidelines , KYC norms , and internal compliance procedures. Maintain accurate records and handle customer data with confidentiality. 6. Reporting & Coordination Update the Loan Management System (LMS) regularly. Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports. Liaise with other departments to address customer or operational needs. 7.
