Job Description

LUIISH LIVINGS is seeking a skilled and responsible Interior Works Supervisor to manage on-site execution of interior projects. The ideal candidate should have strong site experience, good coordination abilities, and the capacity to oversee multiple work fronts efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior fit-out work at sites
• Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, fabricators, and other contractors
• Ensure quality standards and timely completion of tasks
• Read and interpret interior drawings, layout plans, and technical details
• Manage materials, labour, and daily work schedules
• Maintain site safety, cleanliness, and work discipline
• Provide daily progress updates to management
• Handle multiple sites or tasks if required

Requirements

• Diploma / ITI / Degree in Civil Engineering or Interior Design (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in interior or site supervision
• Ability to read technical drawings and understand interior details
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Knowledge of interior materials, modular items, and execution methods
• Strong ability to schedule site works effectively and ensure timely project completion
• Valid 2-wheeler and 4-wheeler driving license is mandatory
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
