Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Reservations Executive to join our team at Fairmont. The ideal candidate should have 0-4 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels and restaurants.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage reservations and ensure seamless customer service.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.
Coordinate with other departments for efficient operations.
Maintain accurate records and reports.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives.
