What you’ll bring:

Research & Marketing Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Study commercial real estate trends, competitors, and supply-demand gaps.
• Track new commercial projects, tenant movements, and lease transactions.
• Prepare market reports, property comparisons, and feasibility studies.
• Maintain and update databases of inventory, leasing deals, and broker networks.
• Upload and manage property listings on real estate portals and CRM systems.
• Assist in creating digital marketing campaigns, brochures, and property presentations.
• Create performance dashboards, market snapshots, and leasing activity reports.
• Support proposal writing, lease documentation, and client/investor pitch decks.
• Track lead conversions and evaluate marketing effectiveness.
• Coordinate with design teams for development of promotional content.
• Help organize property site visits, events, and broker meet-ups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in real estate research, marketing, or analytics (commercial real estate preferred).



Required Skills:

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and market research tools
• Familiarity with real estate portals (MagicBricks, 99acres, etc.) and CRM systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Self-driven, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
