Primary Responsibilities:

To work on development / modification of formulations meeting the project objectiveDesigning the shade formulation and matching the shade as per the project requirementDesigning the product specification for implementation on plantCarrying out the details testing as per the protocol and generating the data for long term performance as wellSupporting plant for the standardisation of formulationSupporting sales & marketing team, supply chain, plant

Qualifications:

Essential

B Tech, MSC in Chemistry

Desired

Knowledge in Solvent based Paints & Shade Matching Additionally, basic knowledge on Resin Chemistry & paint raw materials Should be conversant with paint raw materials, formulation aspects, paint processing aspect, testing of liquid paint as well as cured paint

Previous Experience:

Essential Preferred to have work experience in Solvent based Paints, Shade matching, formulation development and Testing Skills Desired 1 - 5 years
