Designation: Project Specific

Location: Pune

Work Experience: 0-1 Years

The candidate should be a B.E. / B. Tech / M. E. / M. Tech Electronics / Electrical from a reputed University with minimum First Class with a good record of /academic career with relevant experience of 1-2 years in the area of design, analysis, and simulation of vehicle and related subsystems.

Candidates should possess the necessary skill sets mentioned in below job description:

• Adhere to project timelines, deliverables, and quality standards.
• Assisting mechanics and technicians in performing assembly of powertrain as per the layout on the field/at ARAI
• Be willing to travel to test sites and perform vehicle and powertrain-related testing.
• Oversee and manage the vehicle testing operations at the customer's location to ensure compliance with automotive standards, regulations, and selected test procedures.
• Co-ordinate with cross-functional teams to schedule and conduct testing activities efficiently.
• Analyse test results and prepare detailed reports for management review.
• Collaborate with external partners and vendors to facilitate testing activities as needed.
• Basic knowledge of hydrogen fuel cells, fuel cell, and electric vehicles technologies and functions
• Basic knowledge of battery, electric motors, and power electronics
• Development of 1D models of electric/fuel cell electric-based vehicles and simulation in Matlab Simulink software
• Development of control algorithms and codes in Matlab Simulink software
• Develop and test different models related to automotive systems and sub-systems using Matlab Simulink software, and write code for different systems using Embedded C.
• Deploy the models on a microcontroller for actual testing along with cross-functional teams.

Skills:

• Experience – 1 to 2 years
• Experience in modelling of plant model of a vehicle in MATLAB / Simulink and GT software
• Experience in the development of control logic functions in MATLAB / Simulink software
• Background understanding of Automotive Electronics & Electrical Systems and Control Systems.
• Hands-on experience of MATLAB-Simulink for software development and related toolboxes.
• Understanding of embedded control system development process and tools.
• Knowledge of software programming languages like C/C++.
• Planning cum execution of tests and management of resources.
• Good English communication skills.
