Research Analyst US Staffing

Job Summary: As a Research Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business development and recruitment success. Your core responsibilities include client data mining , list building , lead generation , and email/contact verification across non-IT domains. You will also support talent mapping, competitive research, and CRM data hygiene efforts. Key Responsibilities: Conduct research across non-IT sectors (e.g., manufacturing, healthcare, logistics, retail, engineering). Perform client data mining to identify potential customers and hiring patterns. Build and maintain high-quality lead lists for the sales team using modern prospecting tools. Execute email and contact verification using tools like Hunter.io, NeverBounce, and ZeroBounce. Support candidate talent mapping and recruitment strategy planning for niche roles. Track industry trends, market shifts, and competitor intelligence. Maintain accurate, segmented data within CRM and ATS platforms. Proven ability to build and maintain a strong client database using tools like LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase , and similar platforms. Create research summaries, dashboards, and strategic intelligence reports for internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Economics, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in research, data analysis, or lead generation within a staffing firm (preferably non-IT). Hands-on experience in client data mining, list building, and generating high-quality leads. Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Apollo, Crunchbase, and other research platforms. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and internet-based research tools. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and data validation skills. Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
