Job Description

In Norconsulting we are currently looking for a Devops Security Engineer to join us in India in a freelancer opportunity for a major Banking organization. Duration : long term Location : India Rate : 110 USD/day (around 2400 USD per month) Type of assignment: Full-time (8h/day, Monday to Friday) Years of experience: 5 - 7 SKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED • Master degree or equivalent experience. Minimum of 5 years of experience in DevOps, system administration, or security engineering roles. • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. • Strong communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience in collaborating with development, operations, and security teams. • Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently. • Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and automation. • Ability to adapt to new technologies and methodologies in a fast-paced environment. • The Dev Ops & Security Engineer needs to be well versed with the functionality of: o Microsoft Azure services and infrastructure management. o Implementing security best practices in Azure environments. o Azure DevOps GIT Repos, Test Plans and CI/CD pipeline automation. o Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) for container orchestration. o Azure Key Vault for managing secrets and keys. o PowerShell for automation tasks. o Azure Security Center for monitoring and managing security. o Azure Active Directory for identity and access management. o Azure Virtual Machines and networking. o Azure Blob Storage for data storage solutions. o Azure Monitor for tracking performance and health. o Azure Resource Manager for resource provisioning.
