• Research and summarize trends in HRTech, AI in hiring, future of work, and leadership culture.
• Analyze company data, HR product ecosystems, and policy shifts across India and the UAE.
• Build and maintain structured research sheets for editorial series.
• Support the editorial team with fact-checking, competitive mapping, and primary and secondary data collection.
• Contribute insights for data-backed articles, explainer pieces, and market features.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to turn findings into charts, infographics, or concise narrative briefs.
• Track social, industry, and academic signals to identify emerging themes and what’s next in the world of work.
  

• Deep curiosity about workplaces, people, and technology.
• Strong analytical and writing skills; you enjoy making sense of ambiguity.
• 1–3 years of experience in research, consulting, analytics, or business journalism (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets or Airtable; familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, Notion AI) is a plus.
• Ability to translate data into clear, human-readable insights.
• Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and working to fast turnarounds.
