We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Research Analyst with a strong background in Direct Hire Non-IT recruiting. The ideal candidate will possess 4–5 years of experience in market research, talent mapping, and client intelligence particularly in sectors such as manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, construction, healthcare, real estate, Oil & Gasand more.
This role is critical in enabling the recruiting team to hit delivery goals by opening at least 5 qualified client/job requisitions per week through proactive research and collaboration with business development teams.
Conduct industry research to identify potential clients and job requisition opportunities within the Non-IT Direct Hire space.
Generate and qualify leads to open 5+ job requisitions per week in partnership with the business development manager.
Create detailed company profiles and org charts to support strategic targeting.
Analyze hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive positioning to guide recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to align research output with open roles and client requirements.
Monitor client activity, new job postings, and business news to identify lead opportunities.
Maintain and update CRM/ATS with all research findings, job requisitions, and company intelligence.
Assist with developing go-to-market strategy for niche verticals or hard-to-fill positions.
4–5 years of experience as a Research Analyst, Recruitment Sourcer, or Market Research Specialist within staffing or recruiting, preferably in Direct Hire (Non-IT) domains.
Strong knowledge of Non-IT industries such as manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, construction, healthcare, real estate, retail, automotive, hospitality, education, energy, media, agriculture, and pharmaceuticals.
Proven track record of generating actionable job requisitions and supporting business development teams.
Proficiency in using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Apollo, or similar market intelligence platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven with the ability to meet weekly output targets.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRMs.
Prior experience in an agency/staffing environment supporting direct hire or perm placements.
Familiarity with Boolean search and competitive talent mapping.
Understanding of full-cycle recruiting and talent acquisition lifecycle is a plus.
