Proven ability to partner and translate business requirements into system solutions that are scalable Proficient in Microsoft Office, process mapping applications, case management, and tools used for projects (e.g. Smartsheet, ServiceNow, etc.) Excellent time management and follow through, consistent delivery of results on time and/or as committed or expected by customers Minimum 8+ Years Related Experience Minimum College Degree or equivalent HRSD or related certification is a plus.
