Job Description

Job Summary:

Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Conduct detailed business process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
Assist in the design, testing, and implementation of solutions to meet business needs.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation to support decision-making.
Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams throughout project lifecycles.
Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables align with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
25 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of business processes, workflow analysis, and requirements gathering.
Experience with business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., UML, BPMN, Agile/Scrum).
Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Skills

Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
Familiarity with SQL and database concepts is a plus.
Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
