Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Siebel Technical Lead with expertise in Siebel Open UI to join our dynamic team. You will be the technical cornerstone for our Siebel CRM projects, responsible for end-to-end solution architecture, technical governance, and leading a team of developers. This is a key leadership role that combines hands-on technical expertise with team mentorship and direct client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Architecture:

Provide end-to-end technical direction, governance, and ensure the adoption of best practices for assigned Siebel modules.
Architect, design, and ensure the implementation of robust and scalable Siebel solutions using IP 2019/2020 or higher.
Govern the reuse of technical assets and manage the assignment of technical work within the team.
Ensure proper integration of all technical architecture components.

Team Management & Mentorship:

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 2-3 Siebel developers.
Conduct code reviews, ensure quality standards, and foster a culture of technical excellence.

End-to-End Project Lifecycle Management:

Elicit business requirements by conducting workshops with users/stakeholders.
Analyze As-Is processes and define the To-Be process landscape.
Prepare detailed functional specification documents, unit test plans, and test cases.
Provide support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate end-user training.

Technical Delivery:

Hands-on configuration, customization, and scripting in Siebel CRM.
Develop and customize the Siebel user interface using Siebel Open UI, JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Design and build complex Siebel EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) components.
Manage parallel development and deployments using Siebel Workspace Management.

Desired Skills & Experience

Mandatory Skills:

7-10 years

of extensive experience in Siebel CRM configuration, customization, and development.
Proven expertise in Siebel Open UI,

including deep hands-on experience with

JavaScript, CSS, and HTML.
Strong proficiency in

Siebel Config, Scripting (eScript), and Workflows.
Sound knowledge and practical experience with

Siebel EAI

for building integrations.
Extensive experience with

Siebel Workspace Management

and managing parallel development environments.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing

Siebel IP 2019 / IP 2020 or higher.
A minimum of

2 end-to-end Siebel project implementation

lifecycles.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in leading a small technical team.
Sound knowledge of Incident and Problem Management processes.
Excellent client-facing and requirement-gathering skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
