Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Web Developer and WordPress Specialist. The responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining websites, ensuring seamless performance and functionality. The role requires expertise in both front-end and back-end development, with a focus on creating well-structured, user-friendly, and visually appealing websites. The specialist will also manage WordPress websites, implement custom solutions, and work closely with other team members to meet project goals and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development & Maintenance

• Design, develop, and maintain Woo Commerce-based WordPress websites.

• Implement and customize WordPress themes and plugins to meet business needs.

• Ensure website performance, security, and functionality through regular updates, backups, and troubleshooting. eCommerce Website Management

• Oversee the day-to-day management of our eCommerce website, ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Optimize website structure, content, and functionality for improved user engagement and sales. Orders and Product Management

• Manage orders efficiently, ensuring accurate processing and timely communication with customers.

• Handle product listings, updates, and optimizations, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

• Perform regular inventory checks and audits to ensure product accuracy.

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage company social media pages, creating and scheduling engaging content.

• Utilize tools like Canva to design visually appealing graphics for posts and ads. Marketplace eCommerce Management

• Manage product listings on external eCommerce marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon) to maximize visibility and sales. • Monitor marketplace performance and implement strategies for growth. Ads & Analytics

• Assist in setting up and managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.

• Use Google Analytics and other tools to track and analyze website and campaign performance.

• Provide actionable insights to improve ROI and optimize campaigns.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in developing and managing Woo Commerce-based WordPress websites.

• Strong understanding of eCommerce operations, including order and product management.

• Proficiency in digital marketing strategies and tools, including social media management and Canva.

• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

• Familiarity with marketplace platforms like Amazon and Noon is a plus.

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
