Job Description

U.S. Fashion & Lifestyle Retail Brand


We are a fast-growing U.S.-based fashion and lifestyle retailer operating multiple stores and expanding into e-commerce and international markets. We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in India to oversee end-to-end financial strategy, reporting, and growth planning.


Role Highlights

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting
  • Build/streamline financial systems, controls, and dashboards
  • Oversee multi-store P&L, cost accounting, inventory valuation, and profitability models
  • Support expansion into new markets (U.S. + GCC) and private-label manufacturing
  • Ensure U.S. GAAP compliance and coordinate with tax/legal teams
  • Guide long-term financial planning with the CEO

Requirements

  • 5+ years finance leadership experience
  • Strong FP&A, multi-entity accounting, cash flow, and budgeting expertise
  • Experience with retail/e-commerce or inventory-driven businesses preferred
  • Familiarity with U.S. accounting standards
  • CA/CPA/CFA/MBA Finance preferred
  • Exceptional communication + remote work discipline
