Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Remote Account Manager with 4 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry and excellent communication skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Develop and implement effective account management strategies to drive business growth.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the existing client base.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on account performance and progress.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in account management, preferably in the Pharmaceutical & Life Sciences industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Experience with CRM software and other sales tools is an asset.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
