Job Description

UAE-based

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to prospective UAE customers to promote company products/services.
Generate qualified leads and convert them into successful sales.
Maintain in-depth product knowledge to answer customer queries effectively.
Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the UAE-based team for seamless communication and campaign alignment.

Requirements

Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in telesales or outbound calling.
Excellent verbal communication in English (Arabic is a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
Comfortable working with UAE time zone schedules.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
