Job Description

You will be responsible for meeting customers on builder/developer site locations and pitching our loan product offerings to them. Your tasks will include direct sourcing from builder/developer sites, conducting marketing, sales & brand building activities to attract new customers. You will need to achieve the target of sanctioning & disbursement of files per month. Additionally, you will be required to ensure the completion of legal, credit, and technical documents for the loan proposal and resolve any customer queries. You will also be responsible for informing the client about the Credit decision on their application. **Key Responsibilities:** - Meet customers on builder/developer site locations and pitch loan product offerings - Direct sourcing from builder/developer sites - Conduct marketing, sales & brand building activities - Achieve targets for sanction & disbursement of files per month - Complete legal, credit, and technical documents for loan proposals - Resolve customer queries - Inform clients about the Credit decision on their application **Qualifications Required:** - Previous experience in sales or customer service roles - Knowledge of loan products and financial services industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to meet targets and work under pressure - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills,
