Roles and Responsibilities

Relationship Manager / Assistant Branch Manager (Individual Role):

Manage customer relationships by providing personalized financial solutions and ensuring timely loan disbursal, including affordable housing loans, home loans, mortgage loans, and LAP (Loan Against Property).
Drive customer acquisition and retention by identifying opportunities and offering suitable financial products.
Achieve individual sales targets through proactive outreach, field visits, and leveraging networks, including Direct Sales Agents (DSAs).
Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and maintain high-quality service standards.
Assist in branch operations, including documentation, reporting, and record maintenance, supporting smooth administrative functioning.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

3 10 years of experience in banking or NBFC, with hands-on expertise in affordable housing loans, home loans, mortgage loans, and LAP.
Strong knowledge of retail banking products, lending processes, and urban banking practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for customer engagement and relationship building.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently while contributing to branch goals.
Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies to achieve individual business objectives.
