Job Description

As a Relationship Manager I, you will be a key technical contributor, leveraging your expertise and experience to drive the successful execution of a project. This role involves not only hands-on technical responsibilities but also leadership and mentorship to ensure the growth and proficiency of the team.


  • Technical leadership

    - Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team on case review with proper documentation on cases in CB/DfM/CSI tool. Follow and enforce to follow the processes.
  • Project Management

    - Help in the development of project plans, set milestones. Identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Prepare re-occurring issues documentation.
  • Team Collaborations

    - mentor & coach juniors in their questions/concerns/clarifications. Training new RMs in the project as and when needed.
  • Innovation & Optimization

    - Continuously evaluate and optimize existing processes and systems. Introduce and implement innovative solutions to enhance system efficiency and performance.
  • Quality assurance and problem-solving skills

    - Ensure high-quality standards. Address complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Collaboration with leadership

    - Collaborate with TL/Manager to align engineering strategies with overall business objectives. Provide input for technology-related decision-making and long-term planning.


Skills Required:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in providing support or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Customer centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in program/project management and process improvement, preferably in a support/operational project environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of software architectures, Microsoft products, software lifecycle methodology, and information systems development required.
  • Sound problem resolution, judgment, and decision-making skills required.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions to improve support operations.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively.
  • Strong technical design and process analysis skills may be required.
  • Strong business-analyst background required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field required.
