Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager based in Vadodara. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing client relationships with government, corporate, and retail subscribers under the National Pension System (NPS). Day-to-day responsibilities include client engagement, account management, meeting sales targets, addressing client concerns, and conducting presentations or training sessions. The role also involves collaborating with the internal team to meet organizational goals and ensuring regulatory compliance in all activities.

• Client Relationship Management and Account Management skills
• Sales, Business Development, and Target Achievement experience
• Public Speaking, Presentation, and Training capabilities
• Strong Analytical, Organizational, and Problem-Solving skills
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of retirement solutions, NPS, and financial products is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
