Job Title: Customer Direct Sales Officer (CDSO) Department: Direct Sales (B2C) Employment Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 1–5 years in B2C Sales / Membership / Policy Sales Reporting To: Sales Manager / Team Lead Profile Onus (Roles and Responsibilities):This is an Individual Contributor Role focusing entirely on B2C Sales: Responsible for handling prospects and lead generation. 100% focus on Business-to-Consumer (B2C) direct sales. Generate and source appointments with potential customers through open market activities. Handle the complete end-to-end sales process: Cold calling Appointment scheduling Direct client meetings Sales closure Deliver effective sales presentations to potential customers. Manage leads generated via web inquiries, exhibitions, direct walk-ins, etc. Promote and manage the Happy Family Reference Program (HFRP) to build referral sales. Handle customer queries and escalations professionally and effectively. Drive conversion from lead to sale through relationship-building and consistent follow-ups. Job Specifications:Preferred Experience: Candidates with a background in membership or policy-based sales (e.g., insurance, clubs, wellness, real estate) are preferred. Gender: Open to Male/Female candidates with a go-getter attitude. Language Skills: Proficiency in English (verbal and written) is highly desirable. Must have the ability to convert prospects into customers confidently. Strong in interpersonal skills, relationship-building, and client servicing.
