Job Description

Responsibilities:

Promote and sell our in-house skincare products in the assigned region.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximise repeat business and client satisfaction.
Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and partners.
Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and client feedback.
Ensure timely follow-ups, order closures, and after-sales support.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and training) to align client expectations with brand goals.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in Cosmetology, or related field is a plus).
Good knowledge of skincare and beauty/Hair industry trends.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Comfortable with local travel for client meetings and market visits.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C product sales (preferably in skincare, Hair care , cosmetics, or wellness).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
