Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our in-house skincare products in the assigned region.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to maximise repeat business and client satisfaction.
  • Conduct product presentations, demos, and training sessions for clients and partners.
  • Identify potential leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Keep abreast of market trends, competitor products, and client feedback.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups, order closures, and after-sales support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and training) to align client expectations with brand goals.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred background in Cosmetology, or related field is a plus).
  • Good knowledge of skincare and beauty/Hair industry trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Comfortable with local travel for client meetings and market visits.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B or B2C product sales (preferably in skincare, Hair care , cosmetics, or wellness).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
