Hairdresser KRA: · Greeting the client- good morning/Good afternoon · Client consultation: Present- 1. Conduct proper analysis of client’s scalp/hair texture before suggesting any services 2. Understand client’s need 3. Suggest right services keeping client’s need in mind. 4. Effective communication- related to service, price and duration 5. Take proper feedback after every service. Past 1. History of any hair services Future 1. Giving the desired look 2. Prepare a monthly calendar of services to be offered to the clients (Including number of sittings required of any treatment suggested). 3. Follow-up for the next visit. · Be up to date related to fashion trends to guide clients in a better way. · Upselling/cross selling. · Retail/home care sale. · Membership sale. Services: · Hair cut · Hair wash + Blow-dry · Scalp/ Hair Treatments- · Hair color · Hair spa · Hair styling · Texture services- Botox, Keratin, Smoothening, rebounding and straightening. Hairdresser Requirements: · Holding degree in cosmetology. · Ready to sign 2 years’ service bond with CUT&STYLE. · The ability to work under pressure and follow instructions. · Willing to grow with us. · Effective communication skills. · Exceptional customer service skills. · Patient and detail-oriented. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
