Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. Business Development & Sales

Source new business through direct sales, DSAs, connectors, and builder relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement and revenue targets for HL & LAP products.
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the customer base.
Conduct field visits to generate leads and build a strong pipeline.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and builders.
Ensure smooth end-to-end loan process from application to disbursement.
Provide customers with information on product features, documentation, and eligibility.

3. Credit & Risk Management

Ensure accurate assessment of customer profiles before forwarding cases for credit evaluation.
Maintain high-quality portfolio with low delinquency rates.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.

4. Market Intelligence

Keep track of market trends, competitor products, and pricing to remain competitive.
Provide feedback to management on product and process improvements.

5. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure adherence to all regulatory and organizational policies.
Manage complete documentation and KYC processes as per company norms.

Preferred candidate profile:

Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
Experience:
26 years of experience in sales of Home Loans, LAP, or Mortgage products.
Industry Preference:
Banks, NBFCs.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of Home Loan and LAP products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Negotiation and relationship-building ability.
Self-motivated with a sales-oriented mindset.
Good understanding of credit underwriting parameters.
