Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from retail mortgages. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client queries and issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in retail mortgages and sales. Strong knowledge of financial products, including home loans, personal loans, and LAP. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience working with small finance banks or NBFCs is an added advantage.
