Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Jorhat. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting client meetings, providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular coordination with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications

Strong customer service and relationship management skills
Sales, negotiation, and influencing skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools
Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
