This job is provided by apna.co We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Back Office Executive to support our administrative and operational processes. The successful candidate will handle tasks such as data entry, documentation, record keeping, and coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth internal operations. Key Responsibilities:Perform accurate data entry and maintain databases. Prepare and manage internal documents, reports, and records. Coordinate with front office staff and other departments as needed. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive company information. Respond to internal queries and resolve administrative issues efficiently. Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies. Support HR, finance, and operations teams with back-end support. Generate MIS reports as required. Required Skills and Qualifications:High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
