📋 Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and generate sales leads in

    Pune West

    through networking, walk‑ins, referrals, and market outreach.
  • Present residential and commercial properties to prospective buyers.
  • Conduct site visits and property tours with clients.
  • Follow up leads and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closure.


Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
  • Understand client needs and match them with suitable real estate solutions.
  • Provide regular updates and personalized service to clients.
  • Handle client queries, concerns, and negotiations professionally.


Market Intelligence

  • Study market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor offerings in Pune West.
  • Develop insights to support sales strategies, pricing recommendations, and portfolio positioning.
  • Maintain database of properties and clients.


Documentation & Coordination

  • Prepare and share quotations, sales agreements, and other paperwork.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams for smooth deal closure.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.


Targets & Reporting

  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries.
  • Provide regular reports to management with pipeline status and forecast.


🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications


Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in business

    , Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or related field


Experience

  • 1–5 years

    in real estate sales, property consultancy, or relationship management (preferred).
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets.


Skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion capabilities.
  • Good understanding of Pune real estate market (especially West Pune).
  • Client‑centric attitude and problem‑solving ability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Comfortable with site visits and field work.


Technical

  • Computer literacy: MS Office, CRM tools, property portals.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
