Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Prodigee Finance Limited, you will play a crucial role in leading a team and driving revenue growth through Business Loans (Secured and Unsecured) & Other Loan Products. Your responsibilities will include: - Develop and implement strategies to drive loan sales and increase market share. - Identify and acquire new customers for various loan products (personal, business, MSME, vehicle, etc.). - Build and manage relationships with key partners, brokers, and financial institutions. - Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities. In terms of team management and leadership, you will be expected to: - Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. - Set sales targets and monitor team performance to ensure goal achievement. - Motivate and drive the team to improve productivity and sales efficiency. Your role will also involve: - Ensuring excellent customer service and addressing client concerns promptly. - Developing long-term relationships to drive repeat business and referrals. - Working closely with operations and credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing. To be successful in this role, you should have: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the NBFC or BFSI sector.
