Job Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for secured/unsecured loan products (e.g., Business Loans, LAP, Personal Loans, etc.).
  • Source leads through cold calling, field visits, and networking with channel partners, DSA, and existing clients.
  • Generate business through direct sales and alliance partners to meet monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct preliminary credit checks, document collection, and customer profiling.
  • Maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the credit, operations, and collections teams to ensure seamless loan processing and disbursement.
  • Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to enhance value proposition.
  • Participate in promotional events, marketing activities, and business camps to increase brand visibility.
  • Maintain daily MIS reports and submit performance updates to reporting managers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
