Branch Operation Officer

The Branch Operations Officer will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operational activities at the branch. This role involves managing cash operations, documentation, customer service, compliance, and coordination with internal departments to maintain operational efficiency and support business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cash handling, receipts, disbursements, and safe custody of cash and valuables at the branch.
• Verify and process loan applications, disbursement documents, and customer KYC documents as per internal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure timely data entry in the core system.
• Perform day-to-day branch reconciliation activities, including cash, bank, and ledger balancing.
• Coordinate with credit, sales, and collection teams for smooth branch functioning.
• Ensure all operational processes are compliant with RBI regulations and company policies.
• Address and resolve customer queries related to transactions, statements, payments, and other operational matters.
• Prepare and submit required MIS reports related to branch operations to the regional office or head office.
• Monitor adherence to SOPs for all branch activities, including security, cash management, and document control.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data, explanations, and reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
