Job Requirements Role/Job Title: Associate Relationship Manager-Micro Enterprise Loan Function/Department: Rural Banking Job Purpose The role entails deepening relationships with Rural Banking accounts and ensuring best in-class service to the customers. The role bearer has a responsibility to support Relationship Manager in identifying Business owners / entrepreneurs in the defined catchment and assessing their business loan needs. The role bearer is responsible for driving client acquisition, building household level customer relationships and capitalizing on lifetime value in each relationship to achieve larger organizational goals. Primary Responsibilities Manage zoning activity to map household needs in villages and areas allocated. Conduct end-user checks as specified post disbursal of loans while achieving monthly and annual group loan booking targets. The role bearer would be responsible for providing customers with the best in-class experience to become their banking partner of choice. The role bearer is responsible for NTB clients and manage the relationship for a designated branch contributing to the larger branch banking channel objectives.
