Relationship Manager

Key Responsibilities 1. Relationship Managers who coordinate with Custmers. 2. Monitor day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of field operations. 3. Ensure that the he/she achieves the targets set for him. 4. Sourcing the customer conducting the CGT. 5. Facilitate timely loan disbursement and ensure that the required documentation is accurate. 6. Conduct client meetings and site visits to verify loan requests, perform loan utilization checks. 7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. 8. Resolve any client complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner. 9. Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring loan repayment schedules and resolving payment-related queries. 10. Ensure accurate and timely submission of field reports, loan details, and other documentation. 11. Ensuring that payments are collected and deposited correctly. 12. Monitor loan repayment behaviour and ensure timely follow-up on overdue payments. 13. Ensure adherence to all internal and regulatory compliance policies. Key Skills and Qualifications • Educational Qualification: o 10+2 or Graduate in any discipline (preferably in finance, business administration, or related fields). • Experience: o 1-2 years of experience in microfinance, banking, or financial services. o Prior experience in MFI field is preferred. o Exposure to loan origination, collections, and client servicing in the microfinance sector is a must. • Skills: o Strong interpersonal and communication skills. o Good knowledge of microfinance products, loan management, and collection processes. o Ability to work independently and in a team. o Problem-solving attitude and a customer-centric approach. o Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Competencies: o Attention to detail and a focus on quality and accuracy. o High ethical standards and integrity. o Proficiency in local languages and the ability to understand the local market is desirable. • Travel Requirement: o Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area for field visits, client meetings, and monitoring.
