Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager (B2B Secured Lending)

Key Responsibilities

  • Relationship Managers will handle a

    balanced portfolio

    comprising both

    Green Finance

    (50%) and

    Conventional Lending

    (50%) sectors.
  • Source and onboard MSMEs from the

    open market

    for secured loans in sectors like:
    • Clean Energy, Clean Mobility, Agri-tech, Waste Management, Water & Sanitation, Sustainable Habitats
    • Term Loans, Working Capital, Asset Financing, Supply Chain Finance, Machinery Loans, Business Loans
  • Candidates with experience in

    diverse sector lending

    (beyond sustainability) are also welcome, as long as they bring strong credit understanding and MSME client networks.
  • Manage end-to-end

    client relationship

    from lead generation to disbursal.
  • Achieve

    monthly and quarterly sales targets

    across loan products.
  • Handle secured loan proposals ranging from

    20 lakh to 10 crore

    (with syndicate financing up to 40 crore).

    Preferred 1- 4 crore cases.

  • Conduct basic

    credit assessment, financial statement analysis

    , and collaborate with internal credit and risk teams.
  • Ensure compliance with

    regulatory norms

    and internal credit policies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with credit, risk, operations, and legal teams for seamless loan processing.

Key Skills Required

  • Strong experience in

    B2B secured loan sourcing

    preferably in

    green finance or MSME lending

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    financial statements and credit underwriting

    .
  • Good market knowledge and

    network with MSMEs

    in sustainability-related sectors.
  • Excellent

    communication, relationship-building

    , and

    negotiation

    skills.
  • Comfortable working in a

    target-driven

    environment.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-centric.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Experience:

    4–10 years in B2B lending
  • Preferred Industry:

    NBFC (preferred), Banks
  • Loan Types:

    Working Capital, Term Loans, Asset Financing
  • Education:

    CA preferred or candidates with strong credit/finance background

Compensation & Benefits

  • Fixed CTC:

    15 – 20 LPA
  • Loan Ticket Size:

    20 lakh – 10 crore (most common 1–4 crore)
  • Syndicate Financing:

    Up to 40 crore (select cases)
