Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager. The role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, addressing client inquiries, and providing tailored solutions that meet their needs. The Relationship Manager will also identify opportunities to expand the customer base, coordinate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service, and ensure client satisfaction. While this position requires on-site engagement, it also allows for a limited work-from-home option.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in sales, customer service, and understanding customer needs
• Ability to plan and execute strategies for client acquisition and retention
• Problem-solving, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Experience in real estate or a related industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
