Role Overview: We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist (Amazon) to join our team. You will be responsible for managing our product listings, ad campaigns, and marketplace strategy across platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, organized, and passionate about driving online sales. Key Responsibilities: Strategically plan product collections, featured shops, and content updates based on inventory and market trends Analyze data from various sources to assess business potential and category performance across eCommerce platforms Manage and optimize Amazon ad campaigns within a defined budget to drive traffic and conversions Use business intelligence tools to extract insights and drive strategic decision-making Work closely with marketing and creative teams to align eCommerce strategy with brand goals Maintain strong relationships with key POCs of eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Implement ROI-driven campaigns to boost visibility and revenue Ensure product listings are up-to-date, accurate, and optimized with the right content and keywords Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to product listings or platform policies Analyze sales and returns data to identify patterns, performance gaps, and areas of improvement Required Skills & Experience: 6 months to 4 years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce operations, especially on Amazon and Flipkart Strong knowledge of eCommerce tools, platform operations, and campaign strategy Proficiency in Advanced Excel / Google Sheets for data analysis Experience in online merchandising and product content optimization Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central , Flipkart Seller Hub, and marketplace listing tools Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Good to Have: Experience with Quick Commerce (Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart) Exposure to D2C brand operations Understanding of product photography and A+ content standards Why Join Us?
