Relationship Manager – Real Estate

Role Summary:

We are looking for an energetic Relationship Manager to connect with clients, understand their property needs, and guide them through the buying, selling, or renting process.

Key Duties:

Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Present suitable property options based on client needs.
Organize property visits and assist in deal closures.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Stay updated with real estate market trends.

Candidate Profile:

Graduate (MBA or equivalent preferred).
1–3 years of real estate sales or client servicing experience.
Strong communication & persuasion skills.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
