Wealth management and asset management services catering to retail and high-net-worth investors across India, focusing on mutual fund distribution, SIP penetration, and goal-based financial planning within the rapidly expanding financial-services ecosystem.

Primary Title:

Mutual Fund Relationship Manager

Role & Responsibilities

  • Acquire and nurture retail & HNI clients for mutual-fund investments through cold outreach, referrals, and on-site interactions.
  • Conduct risk profiling and goal-based financial planning; recommend suitable schemes, SIPs, and asset-allocation strategies aligned to client objectives.
  • Monitor portfolios, track NAV fluctuations, and proactively trigger rebalancing or switch recommendations to maximise returns.
  • Deliver and exceed monthly AUM, SIP registration, and revenue targets while adhering to regulatory guidelines.
  • Cross-sell complementary wealth products (FDs, bonds, insurance) to deepen wallet share and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate client data on CRM, generate MIS reports, and ensure complete compliance documentation.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have
  • 2–5 years mutual-fund sales or advisory experience in banks, AMCs, or registered investment advisories.
  • Active AMFI/NISM Series V-A certification.
  • Consistent record of surpassing AUM & SIP growth targets.
  • In-depth understanding of equity, debt, hybrid funds, and related tax implications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Hands-on with CRM systems and advanced MS Excel analytics.

Preferred

  • Exposure to goal-based planning or robo-advisory platforms.
  • Experience managing HNI portfolios exceeding INR 10 Cr.
  • Familiarity with ETFs and derivative-linked mutual-fund products.
