We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely payment of EMIs and minimize defaults. Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Develop and implement strategies to acquire new customers and expand the client base. Conduct site visits to assess customer needs and provide personalized solutions. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in micro mortgages or inclusive banking. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including micro mortgages and home loans. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities. Familiarity with relationship management software and tools is an added advantage.
