Conduct field visits to assess client creditworthiness and provide personalized solutions. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue from micro mortgages. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer queries and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of micro mortgages and inclusive banking products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using technology-based tools for sales management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to meet sales targets and achieve performance goals.
