Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in sales, relationship management, and micro mortgages.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to acquire new customers.
Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity.
Develop and implement effective sales plans to meet or exceed targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues.
Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, relationship management, and micro mortgages.
Strong understanding of the BFSI industry and its regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with inclusive banking products and services is an added advantage.
